The financial sustainability of disability service providers is critical for the development of a diverse NDIS marketplace. In 2019 NDS undertook an “NDIS Market Dynamics Study” as part of our Sector Development Project, to clarify the factors influencing providers’ financial viability, and identify strategies to mitigate thin markets.
